Copycat Frito Lay Bean Dip
 
Fast an easy appetizer for your Superbowl party! Try this Copycat Frito Lay Bean Dip

Ingredients
  • 15 oz Refried Beans
  • 6 Jalapeno slices (from jarred Jalapenos)
  • 2 tsp Brine (from jarred Jalapenos)
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Of course a bags of Fritos to be served with
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Put in a Serving Dish with Fritos

  9. Tastes good, but s there some reason my dip turned out a bit runny? I didn’t drain the oily stuff from the refried beans – there is only a small amount. Could that be it? I refrigerated it for almost 24 hours. Maybe I had it in the food processor too long? Thanks.
