Halloween Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1¼ cups Water
  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Halloween Baking Decorations
  • 1 bag microwaved Popcorn
Instructions
  1. In a medium or large saucepan, combine sugar, water, corn syrup and vinegar.
  2. Cook over high heat until mixture reaches 250 degrees (hard ball) on a candy thermometer.
  3. Stir in vanilla and butter.
  4. Pour mixture over popped corn, tossing to coat. Sprinkle Halloween Decorations over
  5. mixture and continue to toss.
  6. When mixture is cool enough to handle, press popcorn into 2 to 3 inch balls with lightly
  7. greased hands.
  8. Cool on waxed paper.
