Baileys Ice Cream with Guinness Chocolate Ripple
  1. Combine sauce ingredients in pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened (temperature reaches 225).
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream and Baileys on high speed until soft peaks form.
  5. Add in condensed milk.
  6. Spread ⅓ of this mixture into a loaf pan.
  7. Drizzle chocolate over mixture.
  8. Spread ⅓ of this ice cream mixture into a loaf pan over chocolate.
  9. Drizzle chocolate over mixture.
  10. Spread remaining ice cream miture into pan.
  11. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
