Santa Hat Peppermint Cheesecake Bars

These are delicious! I just made these to take in to school for the staff. I wanted to share so you can make these delicious Santa Hat Peppermint Cheesecake Bars too. They were amazing, if your not a fan of peppermint just leave it out! I hope you enjoy ūüôā

Cute, Easy and Fun! Santa Hat Peppermint Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  • 20 Oreo Cookies
  • 3 tbsp melted Butter
  • 16 oz softened Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 9 Strawberries
  • Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Pulse Oreos in food processor until they are finely crushed.
  3. Mix together cookie crumbs and butter and press onto bottom of 8x8" pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peppermint until well blended.
  5. Add eggs, mixing just until blended.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Bake 26-30 minutes or until center is nearly set.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Cut into 9 squares.
  10. Cut off stem tops at the widest part of the from strawberries.
  11. Squeeze or spray whipped topping in center of each piece.
  12. Place inverted strawberry on top and gently press to resemble Santa Hat with fur trimming.
  13. Pipe a ball on top of hat.
  14. Refrigerate several hours.
